In our world a signup is someone who completes our registration form and by doing so create the basics of their Wise Scout profile. Signups are key to the progress of WS as they establish the core users of the site and begin to develop the real networked nature of our offer to contractors, where they can find and connect with other people they know where having really targeted job alerts and a way of advertising themselves all in one place.
